AI Business Process Analyst

The AI Business Process Analyst role is onsite in Charlotte, NC. Compensation is not specified. The analyst works across ScentAir’s business functions, including finance, customer service, order management, supply chain, sales, marketing, HR, and IT, to improve and automate how work gets done. The role identifies process inefficiencies, evaluates improvement options, builds or coordinates solutions, and supports employee adoption. Measuring results against baselines and applying AI and data governance policies helps ensure changes deliver validated business value rather than automating broken processes.

What you'll do

• Observe and document processes across business functions
• measure process volume, time, errors, rework, and systems
• use company-system reports and data to validate findings
• simplify and standardize processes using Lean and continuous improvement methods
• rank opportunities by value, feasibility, and risk
• prepare business cases
• select process changes, system improvements, workflow automation, RPA, or AI as appropriate
• build simple automations and prototypes
• coordinate larger solutions with IT and delivery partners
• train employees and support change management
• measure outcomes and maintain dashboards
• apply AI use and data governance policies
• report progress to the VP of IT.
