What you'll do

• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• process vendor and subcontractor invoices and verify supporting documents
• prepare invoices, progress billings, and change-order billing
• track aging and follow up on payments
• maintain job costing, budgets, cost codes, and project expenses
• support prevailing wage and certified payroll reporting
• reconcile financial accounts
• prepare monthly financial statements and weekly cash-flow reports
• monitor project profitability and cost variances
• manage subcontractor compliance documents
• prepare year-end 1099s and support tax and CPA requests
• collaborate with project managers and executives
• maintain records and improve accounting processes using QuickBooks, Google Sheets, and/or Excel.
