The Elder Law Attorney role is a hybrid, full-time opportunity based in West Palm Beach, FL, with a few office days per week initially and greater flexibility as the attorney becomes established. Pay is $120,000–$175,000 per year. The Florida legal practice guides individuals and families through estate, probate, and elder law matters with skill and personal attention. The attorney manages probate and estate-planning matters, advises clients, prepares legal documents, and coordinates filings and deadlines. The role helps clients navigate important planning and probate decisions while contributing to the practice’s client service and growth.

What you'll do

• Manage probate administration from opening through completion
• counsel clients on estate-planning strategies
• draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives, and related documents
• guide beneficiaries and personal representatives through Florida probate procedures
• handle filings, deadlines, and document preparation
• collaborate on elder law matters, including guardianship and Medicaid planning
• support referrals and business development when appropriate.

Why this role
