Nursing Service Coordinator

What you'll do

• Provide nursing department administrative support
• coordinate travel, documents, meetings, data collection, and reporting
• maintain provider listings and contacts
• document care coordination in the EMR
• complete audits and regulatory support
• confirm nurse-patient visits
• coordinate patient and provider communications
• support prescription attainment and compliance tracking.
