What you'll do

• Serve as the front-desk contact for walk-ins requesting medical records or releases

Process Release of Information requests, fax and scan records, burn medical images to CDs or share them electronically, assist with data entry and reporting, and comply with HIPAA, privacy regulations, and facility policies.
