What you'll do

• Greet guests and perform a cooking show for assigned tables
• answer questions about food and respond courteously to requests
• follow guests’ cooking preferences
• prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other items using kitchen equipment
• complete assigned opening and closing duties
• maintain clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen and teppan areas
• follow recipes, portioning, food-safety, storage, presentation, and service standards
• notify the manager on duty of guest concerns or accidents.
