What you'll do

• Provide deputy leadership and continuity during leave, surge demands, or personnel transitions
• assume full Service Desk management authority in the lead’s absence
• support day-to-day operations, performance metrics, and trend analysis
• cross-train in asset and configuration management
• align equipment deployments with ASTS/DPAS records and configuration management baselines
• validate asset availability and replacement-device compliance before directing deployment.
