What you'll do

• Manage US and UK customer billing and coordinate with Sales, Business Operations, and Services to issue accurate invoices and resolve inquiries
• maintain customer accounts, billing contacts, payment terms, purchase-order and portal requirements, and tax documentation
• apply sales tax and VAT requirements
• manage receivables, collections, payments, credits, and refunds
• analyze bad debt and reserves
• complete close activities and reconciliations
• provide documentation for revenue accounting, tax reporting, and audits
• maintain records, procedures, and controls and help improve processes.
