Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor role is full-time and onsite in Carmichael, CA. Compensation is $45–$50 per hour. RiverPointe Post-Acute provides skilled nursing and rehabilitation services for people recovering from surgery, injury, or serious illness. The RN Supervisor oversees nursing staff and helps ensure residents receive quality care in accordance with facility policies and California safety requirements. The role assigns and directs nursing work, evaluates staff performance, and assists with emergency measures when residents experience sudden adverse developments.

What you'll do

• Supervise, direct, and evaluate assigned staff, including LVNs and CNAs
• assign nursing care according to resident needs and staff qualifications
• direct nursing unit assignments within the Nurse Practice Act
• ensure staff follow nursing procedures and company policies
• remain accountable for tasks performed under RN supervision
• assist with or institute emergency measures for sudden adverse developments.
