What you'll do

• Coordinate team priorities, deliverables, and submittals with department and project leaders
• delegate work and manage team workload
• direct and review team activities and technical performance, including QA/QC
• mentor and train project and design engineers
• evaluate staff capabilities and conduct performance reviews
• lead project production and supervise project staff
• review plans, estimates, calculations, models, and reports
• monitor schedules and submittal logs
• coordinate with clients, firms, contractors, and review agencies
• support conceptual planning and proposals
• may sign and seal drawings prepared under supervision.

Why this role
