Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) — Weekend Shifts

What you'll do

• Execute physician-prescribed plans of care
• document care in the system of record
• administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
• assess patients and coordinate care
• monitor vital signs and intake and output
• assess skin integrity and provide wound care
• communicate changes and care information to families, physicians, and case managers
• educate patients, families, and home health aides
• collaborate with and supervise nursing assistants and personal care attendants
• provide personal care as needed.
