The role helps ensure finished embroidered products meet order specifications and quality standards by trimming, inspecting, packing, and documenting completed work accurately and safely.

What you'll do

• Verify embroidered products against order information and artwork
• remove backing and trim loose threads
• inspect embroidery quality
• follow packaging instructions
• count and pack finished products
• record completed orders
• notify the team lead about shortages or discrepancies
• label shipping boxes
• complete order paperwork
• maintain a clean work area and follow safety procedures. The role requires bending and lifting boxes up to 35 pounds.
