What you'll do

• Provide courteous service to guests and staff
• respond to guest concerns and refer them to a manager
• enforce facility policies
• assist other departments
• set up and take down courts, staging, risers, and event items
• ensure game equipment is available
• monitor turf and courts
• report issues
• respond to incidents, accidents, injuries, and altercations
• complete paperwork
• assist with equipment maintenance and upkeep.
