What you'll do

• Plans and budgets operations
• manages mine planning, safety, environmental compliance, cost control, production, and maintenance
• works with the Aggregates Manager to monitor production plans and inventory
• ensures quality standards
• maintains MSHA compliance
• oversees mobile equipment repair
• documents production statistics
• develops performance improvement plans.
