This recruiter will help launch NSC Staffing’s dedicated Direct Hire / Permanent Placement Division, serving industries including marine, skilled trades, manufacturing, infrastructure, and defense. The role manages permanent-placement recruiting from candidate sourcing through placement close, building relationships with candidates and hiring managers to meet hiring needs and grow the new division.

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for direct-hire and permanent-placement roles
• source, recruit, interview, and evaluate candidates
• build relationships with hiring and account managers
• present candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate compensation packages, and close placements
• maintain candidate pipelines and ATS records
• support hiring and onboarding
• monitor industry and labor-market trends.
