What you'll do

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy by telehealth
• conduct intake assessments and determine levels of care
• develop treatment plans
• coordinate with families, medical providers, and community partners
• maintain EHR documentation
• participate in case consultations and team meetings
• provide crisis intervention when necessary.
