Scheduling Coordinator

What you'll do

• Receive, review, and process environmental testing work orders
• contact customers to coordinate appointments
• schedule and dispatch field technicians
• manage calendars and adjust schedules
• maintain job and customer information in JobNimbus
• communicate appointment details and changes
• monitor schedules for conflicts and coverage gaps
• follow up on outstanding work orders
• coordinate job status and documentation
• support Testing Department workflows
• learn invoicing and billing processes as proficiency develops.
