Senior HVAC Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Complete work orders for minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs
• perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, water heaters, and appliances
• inspect and repair fixtures
• conduct property walks
• respond to emergency requests during scheduled on-call shifts
• document work
• communicate with Turn Managers and technicians
• recommend process improvements.
