What you'll do

• Assist survey crews with field surveying and construction layout
• hold rods, prisms, GPS equipment, and other tools
• support topographic, boundary, as-built, and staking data collection
• help establish and recover control points
• transport and set up equipment
• record field notes
• assist with locating survey markers
• follow safety procedures
• verify measurements and help identify discrepancies.
