The paralegal provides clerical, research, and case-preparation support to attorneys. The work includes drafting and filing legal documents, researching legal sources, interviewing clients and witnesses, organizing case records, preparing discovery materials, and assisting with trial preparation.

What you'll do

• Meet with attorneys, clients, and other professionals about cases
• draft routine pleadings, motions, affidavits, and interrogatories
• research legal sources and prepare written analysis
• interview clients and witnesses
• organize case files and computerized records
• prepare discovery requests and responses
• assist with trial preparation
• track billable hours.
