What you'll do

• Provide employee IT support
• manage onboarding and offboarding, endpoints, inventory, accounts, permissions, and core platforms
• lead the planned migration from Google Workspace Enterprise to Microsoft 365
• develop scalable infrastructure processes and documentation
• implement practical security controls and support incident response and resilience
• administer business applications including Salesforce
• manage technology vendors and licensing
• and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
