What you'll do

• Develop collections strategies and objectives across consumer loan portfolios
• lead initiatives to improve delinquency performance, reduce losses, increase recoveries, and enhance customer engagement
• oversee delinquency management, loss mitigation, repossessions, foreclosures, recovery, and charge-offs
• monitor portfolio performance and operational effectiveness
• ensure compliance with applicable consumer-protection and servicing requirements
• manage third-party agencies and vendors
• lead and develop managers and staff
• monitor expenses and identify efficiency and profitability improvements.

Why this role
