What you'll do

• Build and maintain a $500,000 pipeline
• manage the sales cycle from initial contact through signature
• sell branding, paid media, SEO, and web development services
• conduct consultative sales with multifamily operators and related businesses
• attend three to five industry conferences per year
• partner with the President on territory strategy, pricing, and go-to-market priorities
• maintain client relationships.
