Program Manager — Community, Employment, and Residential

Job overview

The Program Manager — Community, Employment, and Residential role is based in Keene, NH, with workdays in the office, community, or residential settings. Pay is $17.50–$19 per hour. Monadnock Developmental Services supports people with developmental disabilities and acquired brain disorders. The Program Manager coordinates person-centered supports that foster independence at home, in the community, and at work, while leading staff and adapting services to individuals’ needs and goals.

What you'll do

• Support individuals’ self-advocacy, choices, and independence
• recruit, train, and supervise Direct Support Professionals and Job Coaches
• lead staff meetings and ensure shift coverage
• identify employment opportunities suited to individuals’ skills and interests
• encourage social and cultural participation
• and collaborate with families, guardians, nursing staff, and managers to monitor well-being and adapt services. Provide rotating on-call coverage with other Program Managers.
