What you'll do

• Answer medical questions by phone
• triage patients and gather history, presenting complaint, vitals, and examination findings
• conduct physical examinations and diagnostic investigations
• diagnose conditions and develop diagnostic and therapeutic plans
• discuss diagnoses, treatment options, and estimates with customers
• maintain accurate medical records
• perform emergency surgeries and endoscopic procedures
• provide aftercare and preventive guidance where appropriate.
