What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
• use a needs-based review process to explain insurance options
• develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services
• help manage website and social media content.
