What you'll do

• Dispatch service technicians using routing and scheduling practices
• debrief technicians and capture job updates
• contact customers about availability, delays, and rescheduling
• schedule service calls and fill schedule gaps
• create and update work orders
• maintain the dispatch board and upcoming schedules
• verify parts availability
• update customer records and on-call schedules
• communicate capacity and constraints to managers and customer service representatives.
