What you'll do

• Prepare food items for meal periods and upcoming service
• cook during scheduled meal periods
• execute multiple tickets with attention to preparation, presentation, consistency, and timeliness
• maintain station cleanliness, sanitation, and organization
• complete assigned opening and closing duties
• alert the Chef or Sous Chef to food deficiencies and notify management of relevant shift information.
