What you'll do

• Lead project execution for self-perform scopes
• oversee planning, scheduling, change management, safety integration, quality control, and closeout
• develop execution strategies with field leaders
• identify high-risk activities and integrate safety into crew planning
• resolve field issues
• track labor productivity and costs and implement corrective actions
• mentor team members
• coordinate between self-perform teams, general contractor operations, and project stakeholders.
