Leasing Consultant

Job overview

The Leasing Consultant role is onsite in North Miami Beach, FL, at a 363-unit high-rise. Pay is $22 per hour, with monthly new-lease and renewal bonuses in addition to base pay. The leasing team helps prospective residents find apartment homes. This role creates the first connection with prospective residents and supports leasing activity by showing apartments, processing applications and leases, and helping secure rentals in compliance with fair housing laws.

What you'll do

• Greet visitors and residents
• answer and return resident calls and email requests
• complete guest cards and lease paperwork accurately and promptly
• present apartment features and amenities
• show apartments
• secure leases.
