What you'll do

• Review contracts, deeds, surveys, easements, and public records
• identify title discrepancies and irregularities
• prepare preliminary opinions and title commitments based on title examinations and summaries
• enter and validate data in production software
• coordinate with title insurers and underwriters and provide information for policy issuance
• assist with resolving liens, encumbrances, and legal restrictions
• communicate with internal teams, escrow officers, attorneys, and other stakeholders
• maintain organized transaction records
• follow applicable laws and regulations
• perform quality control and review other team members’ work if applicable.
