Production Operator

The Production Operator role is onsite in Crowley, LA. Compensation is not specified. The Wright Group’s production operation makes finished products by blending raw materials in plant areas including Blends, Spray Dry, Super Coat, or Rice. The role follows batch tickets and production procedures to create finished lots that meet quality and safety requirements. It supports plant workflow through equipment operation, quality checks, documentation, inventory tasks, and coordination with material handlers and packers.

What you'll do

• Set up and start mixing tanks and blenders
• verify batch documentation and ingredients
• measure and add materials
• operate production equipment safely
• follow lab instructions
• perform basic quality checks
• coordinate materials and packing readiness
• complete batch paperwork
• move supplies with forklifts or pallet jacks
• assist with packaging, inventory, shipping and receiving, and sanitation logs as assigned.
