What you'll do

• Interview patients, measure vital signs, and place IVs
• assess acute and chronic problems related to cancer and cancer therapies
• answer patient and caregiver questions and refer questions to physicians when appropriate
• coordinate with research coordinators and nurses on trial enrollment and compliance
• contribute nursing input to quality-improvement projects
• maintain accurate records and comply with HIPAA privacy requirements.
