Residential Advocate — River Village, Monday–Friday 7am–3pm

What you'll do

• Supervise the residential environment and conduct walkthroughs and safety checks
• monitor compliance with program rules and daily structure
• respond to emergencies and de-escalate conflicts using trauma-informed techniques
• document incidents
• reinforce expectations and professional boundaries
• provide supportive listening and encourage participation in case management and other services
• complete shift logs and reports
• communicate with supervisors and case managers
• support individualized case plans and applicable probation, parole, or court requirements.
