What you'll do

• Provide direct supervision and support client safety
• observe, report, and redirect clients
• document program activity and incidents
• support treatment-plan goals through coaching and skill-building
• assist with daily living activities and groups
• accompany clients to approved appointments and outings
• complete medication training and documentation as permitted
• use approved crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
