Lead Restoration Technician

What you'll do

• Lead and train technicians
• document and track projects using RMS, Xactimate, and Mitigate
• assess damage and inspect moisture
• set restoration equipment according to protocols
• communicate job details to customers and internal teams
• maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment
• log time, notes, and photos
• participate in an on-call rotation
• pursue ongoing technical development.
