What you'll do

• Oversee inventory management, shipping, receiving, and traffic coordination
• coordinate inventory-related work across departments
• monitor employee performance against KPIs and provide feedback
• develop cycle-count and inventory-control processes
• maintain procedures and quality standards
• manage inventory supplies and equipment
• update WMS, Kronos, and Excel metrics
• investigate variances and complete audit documentation.
