What you'll do

• Learn to diagnose, repair, and maintain store equipment, including pumps, dispensers, HVAC, refrigeration, lighting, and point-of-sale systems
• develop scheduling and task-prioritization skills
• report on projects and guide team members
• support customer experience and store safety
• coordinate with contractors, vendors, and team members to resolve maintenance issues
• attend company training programs.
