Leasing Consultant — Student Housing

What you'll do

• Market vacant units and renew occupied units
• conduct competitor market surveys
• track phone and office traffic
• tour prospective residents
• follow up on renewals
• conduct credit checks and income verification
• draft leases
• inspect vacant units and report repairs
• prepare welcome packages
• schedule move-ins and move-outs
• serve current residents
• coordinate retention events
• process work orders
• handle administrative duties and resident packages.
