What you'll do

• Review project plans, specifications, estimating scopes, and pricing
• prepare and review project budgets and general conditions estimates
• maintain and document project information
• prepare bid and estimate forms
• support subcontractor solicitation, bid analysis, and prequalification
• coordinate insurance requirements as needed
• compile pre-bid questions
• attend pre-bid meetings and site tours
• review schedules and constructability
• organize coordination meetings
• maintain accurate historical data
• prepare clarifications and bid assumptions
• present budgets to owners and architects
• build relationships with customers, design teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and user groups.
