Inbound Sales Representative — Customer Experience

The Inbound Sales Representative role is onsite in Duncan, SC, with compensation of $19–$22 per hour. Travers Tool Co. is a family-owned distributor of industrial and metalworking products. The role provides accurate, solution-oriented support across customer channels while identifying ways to strengthen relationships and protect revenue. It processes quotes and orders, resolves customer issues, follows up on opportunities, and coordinates with internal teams and vendors to deliver a consistent customer experience.

What you'll do

• Support customers by phone, email, chat, web, and marketplace channels
• process quotes and orders
• research customer needs and resolve issues
• coordinate with vendors and carriers
• update account, billing, shipping, and order information
• use approved Project EDGE engagement language
• identify cross-sell and repeat-business opportunities
• follow up on open quotes and orders
• document risks and outcomes
• maintain customer records and participate in training and improvement activities.
