What you'll do

• Investigate assigned E&S claims, evaluate coverage, negotiate settlements, and set reserves within authority limits and company practices
• develop litigation and file disposition strategies and direct defense counsel
• report claim status
• recognize exposures and escalate as needed
• conduct meetings, inspections, damage assessments, and evidence documentation
• attend mediations and coordinate with independent adjusters and vendors.
