What you'll do

• Provide outpatient dialysis care

• document treatment parameters and patient responses
• collaborate on care plans
• perform assessments, vital signs, and medication administration
• maintain EPIC documentation and infection-control practices
• float to regional sites and participate in weekend coverage as required.
