What you'll do

• Assist the General Manager with selecting, training, retaining, and recognizing employees
• support performance management and employee relations
• monitor and train staff in customer service, food preparation, cleaning, and stocking
• supervise restaurant operations across day parts
• resolve customer issues
• assist with schedules and inventory orders
• observe food safety
• implement marketing initiatives
• analyze sales, labor, inventory, and controllable costs
• help keep the restaurant clean, safe, and efficient.
