Inside Sales Representative, Construction Supply

The Inside Sales Representative, Construction Supply role is onsite in New Albany, OH, with compensation of $25–$40 per hour. NEFCO distributes construction supplies to professional contractors and supports them with customer relationships, local inventory, and jobsite delivery. This role supports regional sales growth and smooth order execution by managing quotes and orders, assisting contractor customers, and coordinating with outside sales, purchasing, vendors, logistics, and branch leadership.

What you'll do

• Serve as a primary contact for customers and outside sales on pricing, product availability, order status, and project support
• process quotes and sales orders in the ERP system
• build customer relationships
• pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• support sales initiatives and revenue and gross profit goals
• coordinate sourcing of non-stock materials
• communicate with vendors, logistics, and branch teams
• maintain product knowledge
• participate in training and sales meetings.
