What you'll do

• Greet, check in, and check out clients
• answer calls, emails, and texts and process messages
• book, confirm, and manage appointments, surgeries, and procedures
• take food and prescription requests
• handle the cash drawer and prepare end-of-day financial reports
• troubleshoot client communication issues
• process patient records, lab work, and specialist reports
• maintain accurate client records
• relay messages between clients, veterinarians, and staff.
