The Operations/Service Support role is onsite in Ackley, IA. Compensation is $21–$24 per hour. The position supports Innovative Ag Services and its member owners at the assigned location in an agricultural environment. The role assists with outside operations, equipment and facility maintenance, custom application logistics, and distribution of farm supplies and grain when assigned. It also provides backup customer service support and helps maintain safe, clean, and orderly work areas.

What you'll do

• Assist with outside operations and maintenance of equipment and facilities
• support custom application logistics
• perform repairs and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment as needed
• assist with distribution of farm supply products and grain when assigned
• report shop tool, supply, and parts needs
• maintain shop and warehouse cleanliness
• participate in safety training
• provide backup customer service support.

Why this role

Requires a valid Class A CDL with DOT Medical Certificate or ability to obtain, and a Custom Applicator license or ability to obtain; lifting at least 50 pounds is required.
