• Manage daily nursing-team flow and ensure staff have needed tools and support
• oversee scheduling, payroll, productivity, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding
• address patient-care issues and team dynamics

• use doctor feedback to guide team development
• support training, mentorship, and development pathways
• and uphold licensure, performance standards, and education programs.

Why this role

Requires a state-credentialed veterinary technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, or LVMT), five or more years in clinical veterinary nursing, and two or more years of leadership experience. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required on a rotating or as-needed basis.
