This manager owns customer implementations from kickoff through rollout, combining project management with GRC and platform expertise. The role guides requirements discovery, workflow design, configuration, training, risk management, and cross-functional coordination to help customers adopt the platform and realize value.

What you'll do

• Manage customer onboarding and follow-on implementations from kickoff through rollout
• coordinate concurrent project timelines, milestones, teams, and risks
• lead discovery and document business requirements
• advise customers on implementation strategies and platform adoption
• configure Risk Cloud applications and workflows
• track delivery time and utilization
• build customer relationships
• collaborate with Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Product
• advise customers on safe use of built-in AI capabilities.
