What you'll do

• Respond to maintenance requests and service calls
• perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, drywall repair, painting, and appliance installation
• complete apartment turns including cleaning and touch-ups
• conduct property inspections and preventative maintenance
• document work and communicate status through the property management system
• meet safety standards and local building codes.
